About the Position

Specjalista ds. Bezpieczeństwa Informacji (M/K)

We are seeking a Specialist for Information Security to join our team in Poland, focusing on cybersecurity and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Wspieranie zespołu Information Security w realizacji projektów dot. komunikacji, szkoleń, raportów oraz z zakresu Compliance, reagowania na incydenty, opracowania i testowania planów BCP
• Aktywne uczestnictwo w procesie przygotowania komunikatów, grafik, planów komunikacji dot. zagadnień związanych z obszarem cyberbezpieczeństwa w GLS Poland
• Przeprowadzanie trafnych obserwacji oraz rozpoznawanie zagadnień bezpieczeństwa w różnych jego aspektach
• Nadzór i bieżące raportowanie z realizacji inicjatyw w obszarze bezpieczeństwa
• Rozwiązywanie problemów związanych z zapewnieniem bezpieczeństwa, korzystając z dostępnych narzędzi i źródeł informacji
• Współpraca z innymi zespołami (w tym obcojęzycznymi z grupy GLS), celem ciągłego doskonalenia procesów bezpieczeństwa.

Requirements

• Wykształcenie wyższe - preferowane kierunki techniczne: Security lub IT
• Zainteresowanie zagadnieniami z zakresu IT Security, w tym elementami zarządzania ryzykiem - preferowane 2-3 letnie doświadczenie w obszarze IT Security
• Chęć ciągłego rozwoju, otwartość, samodzielność i gotowość na intensywną naukę pod nadzorem doświadczonych Kolegów
• Znajomość zasad funkcjonowania typowych komponentów środowiska IT (np. AD, FQ, LAN/WAN, protokoły komunikacji, mechanizmy zapewniające CIA) w stopniu umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację z działem IT w kwestiach merytorycznych
• Umiejętności analitycznego myślenia, przygotowywania komunikatów pisemnych i krótkich publikacji
• Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (w mowie i piśmie) - warunek konieczny ze względu na codzienną pracę z osobami z zagranicy
• Bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office
• Komunikatywność i łatwość w budowaniu długofalowych, pozytywnych relacji
• Certyfikaty branżowe lub doświadczenie w ramach Security Consulting będzie dodatkowym atutem.

During the recruitment process, we collect and process personal data specified in the Labor Code, including: 1) name and surname; 3) contact details; 4) education; 5) professional qualifications; 6) employment history. Providing this data is necessary to participate in the recruitment process.

Other personal data beyond the categories mentioned above (e.g., your image) is processed if you decide to provide it, but it does not affect your ability to participate in the recruitment.

As part of our recruitment process, based on our legitimate interest, we collect and process data obtained through online recruitment competency games. These games, as psychometric assessment tools, are an integral part of the selection process and are designed according to a methodology based on scientific foundations. Their purpose is to accurately, reliably, and fairly assess the competencies, predispositions, and attitudes of candidates. These games are also designed interactively, offering candidates the opportunity to better understand the specifics of working in a given position. Thanks to this, candidates can more accurately understand what they can expect upon joining our organization and gain information about their level of fit within the defined criteria. Collecting and processing data through online psychometric recruitment games is a key tool in our selection process. It is an approach that combines scientific precision with practical benefits for both candidates and the organization. All data is stored and processed in compliance with applicable data protection regulations, ensuring full transparency and security for all parties involved.

During the recruitment process or after its completion, if you provide an email address in your contact details, you may be asked to complete an electronic survey to obtain your opinion on the recruitment process. The legal basis for processing data in this case is the legitimate interest of the data controller, and the collected information will allow us to improve the recruitment process in our organization.

Your personal data may be shared with entities providing services on behalf of the Administrator, in particular those providing services such as IT system support, and other companies of the GLS Group.

In connection with the processing of your data, you have the right to access your data, correct them, delete them, or restrict processing, as well as withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Your personal data will be stored for a maximum of 12 months from the end of the recruitment process, based on our legitimate interest, to allow us to respond to candidate inquiries and review their applications related to the conducted recruitment. If you give additional consent to participate in further recruitments, your data will be stored by us for up to 24 months from the submission of your application.
