About the Position

LoboHR, a recruitment agency (nr 7502), is looking for a Receivables Specialist for an international SSC/BPO company based in Katowice. We are committed to saving time and contributing to the success of our partners through the application of modern recruitment techniques supported by innovative IT technologies.

Responsibilities

• Issuing and recording sales invoices and credit notes
• Recording payment receipts
• Managing and overseeing shared mailboxes
• Developing various analyses, reports, statistics, and other documents
• Preparing data for invoicing
• Updating documents and monitoring open issues

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of the German language
• Communicative knowledge of the English language
• Experience in positions related to financial and accounting processes
• Higher education in finance, accounting, or related fields - desirable
• Knowledge of the SAP system - desirable
