About the Position

LoboHR, a recruitment agency (nr 7502), is looking for a Specialist for Key Client Service of Modern Channel to join our team in Poznań. Our client is a company that saves time and contributes to the success of its partners through the use of modern recruitment techniques supported by innovative IT technologies.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing cooperation with central offices of retail chains and buyers;
• Developing sales plans based on historical data and forecasts;
• Analyzing current sales and proposing specific initiatives for further development and increased market share;
• Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities;
• Monitoring the market, price levels, and competitors' actions;
• Close collaboration with sales representatives and supervision over their activities.

Requirements

• Higher education in economics;
• At least 2 years of professional experience in sales analysis in the FMCG industry;
• Highly developed analytical skills;
• Ability to constructively draw conclusions and propose specific business solutions;
• High level of independence;
• High personal culture and communication skills;
• Very good knowledge of Excel.
