Currently, we are looking for a candidate for a temporary position:
Recruitment and Sales Specialist
Location: Katowice
Responsibilities
- Building the company's client portfolio in the field of temporary work and employee outsourcing
- Acquiring new clients and developing relationships with current clients of the company
- Recruiting temporary employees
- Managing employee documentation
- Ensuring the development and positive external image of Lobo HR
Requirements
- Minimum one year of recruitment experience from a recruitment agency
- Experience in selling temporary work services
- Sales competencies and goal-oriented mindset
- Experience in recruiting temporary employees
- Knowledge of the Temporary Employment Act
- Positive attitude towards teamwork
