About the Position

LoboHR, a recruitment agency (nr 7502), is looking for a Specjalista ds. rozliczania podróży i kosztów służbowych for our international SSC/BPO client in Katowice, Poland. We save time and contribute to the success of our partners by using modern recruitment techniques supported by innovative IT technologies.

Responsibilities

• Verification and settlement of expenses related to business trips
• Analysis and settlement of travel costs
• Verification of submitted documents and data entry in the system (SAP HR)
• Data entry for work time records
• Management and supervision of advance accounts for delegations

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of German
• Communicative knowledge of English
• Experience in positions related to financial and accounting processes
• Experience in HR or administration - desirable
• Knowledge of SAP and Concur
