About the Position

Specjalista ds. Serwisu Kurierskiego i Transportu (M/K)

We are seeking a Specialist for Courier Service and Transport to join our team in Poland, focusing on improving service quality and managing courier operations.

Responsibilities

• Analiza opinii Klientów – regularne badanie wskaźnika NPS w podziale na poszczególnych Przewoźników i Kurierów oraz wdrażanie działań mających na celu poprawę jakości usług
• Zarządzanie pracą Kurierów – koordynacja ich działań, aby wszystkie paczki dotarły w terminie do naszych Klientów
• Weryfikacja wyglądu flot samochodowych i odzieży kurierskiej – sprawdzenie, czy pojazdy i Kurierzy spełniają standardy GLS Poland
• Monitorowanie wyników pracy Kurierów – analizowanie kluczowych parametrów i wskaźników, przekazywanie rekomendacji oraz wniosków do bezpośredniego przełożonego
• Organizacja i prowadzenie szkoleń dla nowych Kurierów oraz wdrażanie ich do pracy w systemie
• Realizowanie jazd kontrolnych, aby zapewnić najwyższą jakość usług
• Wprowadzanie i aktualizacja danych o przesyłkach, dbając o ich dokładność i kompletność
• Kontrolowanie oznakowania przesyłek oraz nadzór nad terminowym dostarczaniem paczek, aby wszystkie dotarły na czas
• Codzienna obsługa Klientów – udzielanie wsparcia i odpowiedzi na pytania związane z przesyłkami, aby zapewnić wysoką jakość usług

Requirements

• Znajomość oraz doświadczenie w pracy w branży TSL
• Potrafienie analizować dane i wyciągać z nich wnioski, a MS Excel nie ma przed Tobą tajemnic

Your personal data will be stored for a maximum of 12 months from the end of the recruitment process, based on our legitimate interest, to allow us to respond to candidate inquiries and review their applications related to the recruitment. If you give additional consent to participate in further recruitments, your data will be stored by us for up to 24 months from the submission of your application.
