About the Position

Specjalista ds. Sprzedaży (M/K)

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist for B2B/B2C client acquisition in a specific region, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and market monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Dynamically acquiring new B2B/B2C clients in the assigned region using sales techniques
• Building and developing long-term relationships with key clients
• Conducting negotiations and shaping terms of cooperation
• Actively monitoring the market and competition to identify new business opportunities
• Creating and maintaining a professional company image as a brand ambassador externally

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the B2B, B2C, or e-commerce sector, with proven success in achieving set goals
• Familiarity with the local business market to effectively reach key decision-makers
• Valid driver's license category B and willingness to travel for business
• Ability to recognize client needs and tailor offers to their expectations
• Confidence in negotiations and ability to reach individuals at various decision-making levels
• Value independence and effective time management
• Proactive in taking initiative and determined to achieve continuous goals

All data is stored and processed in compliance with applicable data protection regulations, ensuring full transparency and security for all parties involved.

If you provide your email address in your contact information, you may be asked to complete an electronic survey during or after the recruitment process to obtain your feedback on the recruitment process. The legal basis for processing this data is the legitimate interest of the data controller, and the collected information will allow us to improve the recruitment process in our organization.

Your personal data may be shared with entities providing services on behalf of the data controller, particularly those providing IT support and other GLS Group companies.

Your personal data will be stored for a maximum of 12 months from the end of the recruitment process, based on our legitimate interest in responding to candidate inquiries and reviewing their applications related to the recruitment. If you give additional consent to participate in further recruitment processes, your data will be stored for up to 24 months from the submission of your application.
