About the Position

LoboHR, a recruitment agency (nr 7502), is looking for a Sales Specialist for TSL Services to join our team in Kraków or Warszawa. We focus on logistics and transport services, providing our clients with the best employees.

We save time and contribute to the success of our partners by using modern recruitment techniques supported by innovative IT technologies.

Responsibilities

• Acquiring new clients interested in maritime, air, rail, and road freight services
• Preparing calculations and offers
• Maintaining professional client relationships
• Proposing new logistics solutions tailored to needs and requirements
• Executing tasks assigned to the position in accordance with the sales strategy

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a position related to acquiring clients from the TSL industry - mandatory
• Knowledge of transport services
• Communicative proficiency in English
• Sales competencies
• Ability to establish business contacts and conduct negotiations
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Driving license category B
