About the Position

Łukasiewicz – Łódzki Instytut Technologiczny is seeking a Specialist for Sales of Laboratory Services and Certification Department to join our team in Łódź. This role focuses on client acquisition and service sales.

Responsibilities

• Actively acquiring new clients and selling services of the Laboratory Center and Certification Department
• Preparing necessary documentation and cost estimates for sold services
• Organizing business meetings and conducting trade negotiations
• Continuously expanding the client base and providing care for current Institute clients at every stage of cooperation
• Drafting commercial offers and protocols from negotiations with clients
• Analyzing the market and competition, preparing reports and recommendations
• Maintaining the employer's image

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education
• At least 2 years of documented professional experience in service sales and customer service
• Valid driver's license category B
• Commitment and focus on achieving sales goals
• High personal and business culture
• Ability to build long-term relationships
• Communicativeness and openness in interpersonal contacts
