About the Position

Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. is seeking a Specialist for maintaining dispatch applications to ensure reliability and continuity of the SCADA system.

Location: Konstancin-Jeziorna, Poland

Responsibilities

• Developing SCADA system applications supporting KSE operations and ensuring system reliability and continuity, including:
  • Monitoring SCADA system operations
  • Conducting root cause analysis of SCADA application failures and errors
  • Coordinating the installation of SCADA application patches by agreeing on the scope and impact of changes with the vendor
  • Designing data modeling principles for the power system in the SCADA system
  • Managing the configuration process of SCADA applications
  • Coordinating the collection and processing of measurement data obtained outside PSE S.A. property
  • Participating in agreements on the scope, schedule, and costs of implementing functional changes for dispatch applications supporting the commercial and technical balancing of the system
  • Developing administrative and user instructions

Requirements

• Higher technical education (preferred in energy or computer science)
• English language proficiency at least at B2 – Upper-Intermediate level
• Skills in communication, teamwork, working under time pressure, and stress resistance
• Ability to organize one's work and collaborate in a team
• Meticulousness and punctuality
