About the Position
SPECJALISTA DS. WDROŻEŃ SYSTEMÓW IT
We are looking for a Specialist for IT System Implementations to join our team in Zielonka, focusing on software deployment in laboratories across the country.
Responsibilities
- Realization of software implementations in laboratories nationwide.
- Training users on application handling.
- Providing technical support to users of laboratory software (analytics, serology, pathomorphology).
- Developing implementation documentation (presentations, user manuals, technical documents).
- Testing functional changes in applications and new system versions.
- Collaborating with Product Owner and developers to create and enhance offered applications.
Requirements
- Higher education focused on computer science, medical analytics with serological qualifications.
- Experience in IT system implementation and user training.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify problems and generate solutions.
- Category B driving license and willingness to travel for work.
- Eagerness to take on new professional challenges.
- Knowledge of laboratory work organization (veterinary, medical, food, or other).
- Commitment, reliability, and independence in fulfilling assigned tasks.
Nice to Have
- Experience in direct customer contact.
- Experience in manual application testing.
