About the Position

LoboHR, a recruitment agency (nr 5720), is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Opole, Wrocław, or Katowice. We save time and contribute to the success of our partners by using modern recruitment techniques supported by innovative IT technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales department in the client acquisition process
• Acquire new clients interested in recruitment and selection services
• Achieve set sales targets
• Participate in internal company initiatives - collaborate with labor market institutions, Polish HR Forum, Universities
• Maintain and enhance the external image of Lobo HR

Requirements

• Experience and success in sales of services for business clients
• Experience from a recruitment agency or temporary employment agency - desirable
• Highly developed sales skills
• Goal-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of English - an advantage
• Positive attitude towards teamwork
