For our client, an international technology company, we are looking for candidates for the position:

SPECJALISTA DS. ZAKUPÓW TECHNICZNYCH

Locations: Koszalin, Lębork, Słupsk

Responsibilities:

• Ordering technical materials and parts
• Negotiating prices, payment terms, and delivery dates with suppliers
• Seeking new suppliers and building relationships with current suppliers
• Monitoring and improving procurement processes
• Collaborating with design and warehouse departments
• Supporting the administrative process – verifying invoices, orders, and delivery documents

Requirements:

• Higher education (Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields are welcome)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company
• Good knowledge of English
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Very good knowledge of the Office Suite
• Experience with ERP systems – will be an additional asset
