We are looking for a Helpdesk Specialist to join our client, a leader in the software industry that supports bailiffs in increasing work efficiency and improving the quality of services provided through intelligent technological solutions. If you excel at solving problems in the MS Windows system and communicate fluently with clients, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

• Providing customer service support via phone and email, resolving issues related to application operation and functionality
• Deploying applications for clients
• Ensuring the proper functioning of office equipment (computers, printers, network switches, NAS servers)
• Supporting company employees in using the Windows system and utility software

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a helpdesk position
• IT education or part-time studies are welcome
• Knowledge of basic relational databases PostgreSQL / MS SQL
• Experience in troubleshooting MS Windows
• Basic knowledge of English
• Highly developed communication skills
