About the Position

Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. is seeking a Specjalista Koordynator ds. bezpieczeństwa fizycznego (k/m/n) to ensure the physical security and technical protection of objects and equipment in Bydgoszcz.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring proper physical protection and technical security of PSE S.A. objects and equipment according to the risk level
• Supervising the execution of tasks related to the protection of people and property in subordinate objects
• Creating security documentation for objects
• Responding to extraordinary security incidents at subordinate PSE S.A. objects
• Managing crisis situations at subordinate PSE S.A. objects
• Collaborating with relevant PSE S.A. units to ensure the appropriate level of security for subordinate objects
• Collaborating with local public administration and public security and order services
• Performing tasks in accordance with the Company's regulations, procedures, and instructions

Requirements

• Higher education in the field of security
• Minimum four years of professional experience in a similar role
• Entry on the list of qualified physical security workers
• Entry on the list of qualified technical security workers
• Knowledge of the Act on the Protection of Persons and Property
• Knowledge of the Crisis Management Act
• Knowledge of the Personal Data Protection Act
• Knowledge of the Act on Non-Public Information
• Knowledge of the principles of developing object protection plans
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Category B driving license
• Ability to think analytically
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to plan work
• Resistance to stress

• Security clearance with at least "CONFIDENTIAL" clause
