About the Position
We are seeking a Specjalista / Specjalistka ds. BHP to join our team in Szymanów, mazowieckie, Poland. The role involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations and conducting risk assessments.
Responsibilities
- Prowadzenie działań w zakresie BHP zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami i normami.
- Identyfikacja i analiza zagrożeń oraz ocena ryzyka zawodowego.
- Udział w opracowywaniu instrukcji BHP oraz procedur wewnętrznych.
- Szkolenie i instruowanie pracowników w zakresie przepisów BHP oraz PPOŻ.
- Współpraca z przełożonym oraz pracownikami w zakresie poprawy bezpieczeństwa pracy i kultury bezpieczeństwa.
- Prowadzenie dokumentacji oraz sporządzanie raportów z zakresu BHP.
- Udział w kontrolach i audytach BHP oraz wdrażanie działań korygujących.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w pracy na podobnym stanowisku.
- Praktyczna znajomość przepisów prawa pracy, w szczególności w obszarze BHP oraz PPOŻ.
- Uprawnienia Inspektora PPOŻ.
- Umiejętność samodzielnej pracy oraz skutecznej współpracy z innymi działami.
- Komunikatywność, otwartość oraz umiejętność pracy w zespole.
- Zaangażowanie w wykonywanie powierzonych obowiązków oraz gotowość do podejmowania nowych wyzwań.
