Responsibilities
- Independently managing end-to-end recruitment, mainly for production and technical positions, and to a lesser extent for administrative, operational, and sales positions
- Designing and implementing recruitment campaigns tailored to specific positions and markets
- Ensuring efficient communication with candidates and managers
- Preparing reports and forecasts regarding ongoing recruitment and monitoring the effectiveness of recruitment actions
- Collaborating with external partners to support recruitment activities
- Supporting the onboarding process for new employees and participating in selected HR projects
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in independently managing recruitment processes, preferably for production positions or high-volume recruitments
- Knowledge of methods and channels for actively sourcing job candidates, preferably in the production area
- Experience in working with managers at various levels
- Good work organization and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Highly developed communication skills, independence, and proactivity
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and flexibility in responding to changing business priorities
- Experience with ATS systems
- Good knowledge of spreadsheets, preferably Google Workspace
- English language proficiency at least at the B2 level
