About the Position
We are looking for a Sales Specialist for our team in Brzeg, focusing on active sales of financial products and services with a focus on customer service.
Responsibilities
- Actively selling financial products and services tailored to customer needs with a focus on the highest standards of customer service.
- Handling cash and non-cash transactions for bank clients.
- Building professional relationships with clients.
- Acquiring new retail clients.
- Promoting modern distribution channels – together we will encourage clients to use mobile applications, internet banking, and other modern solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in sales – preferably in banking, but we are open to candidates from other industries.
- A desire to develop in sales, being ambitious, quick to learn new knowledge, and ready to face challenges.
- Empathy, listening skills, and patience.
