We are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

Specjalista SXO

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Ongoing collaboration with social media marketing specialists
• Direct implementation of efficiency agreements in conversion-based models, analysis, and strategy setting based on traffic and conversion statistics from Google Analytics
• Analysis and optimization of websites in terms of SEO and SXO standards
• Establishing and implementing solutions to increase the effectiveness of online sales
• Seeking improvements in UX, UI
• Building and implementing e-commerce site development strategies
• Ongoing collaboration with PPC campaign specialists
• Ongoing support and advice in client business development
• Ensuring the company's broad image and reputation on the Internet

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position
• Practical knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Familiarity with current SEO trends
• Practical knowledge of tools such as: Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and applications like Senuto, Semstorm, ahrefs/majestic, SurferSEO, and similar
• Ability to audit websites and implement optimization changes
• Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions
• Independence in setting and implementing conversion improvement strategies
