Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team on processing returns and complaints
• Provide information about products and promotions
• Manage social media, phone, and email communications

Requirements

• Availability to start work immediately
• Experience in a similar role
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a team
