About the Position

We are seeking a Specialist in the Commercialization and Marketing Department with experience in market analysis and client relations to join our innovative research institute in Gliwice.

Sieć Badawcza Łukasiewicz – Instytut Metali Nieżelaznych is a scientific institution that conducts innovative research in line with global trends. We develop new technologies, optimize industrial processes, and modernize and create production lines. Our focus includes recycling and eco-friendly solutions. We conduct full-cycle research – from laboratory studies to pilot and prototype tests in all non-ferrous metals. We have modern equipment, accredited laboratories, and fully equipped halls. Our main headquarters is in Gliwice, with branches in Skawina, Legnica, and Poznań. We employ 500 people.

Responsibilities

• Searching, collecting, and processing current market data and reports;
• Participating in the development of market analyses and reports based on desk research;
• Co-organizing company stands at industry events (exhibitions, trade shows, science days, etc.);
• Presenting technological, product, and service offerings at industry events;
• Participating in acquiring new clients and establishing partnerships;
• Collaborating with companies, building, and maintaining client relationships;
• Participating in drafting preliminary technical and commercial offers;
• Presenting technological, product, and service offerings on the company website;
• Managing activity in national and international competitions;
• Collaborating on drafting promotional content for external media (e.g., industry portals and magazines);
• Participating in reporting on project results;
• Participating in preparing and updating data for industry organizations;
• Drafting content for the department's LinkedIn profile;
• Collaborating on optimizing and developing department work;
• Reporting on all conducted events and tasks.

Requirements

Required

• Higher education, preferred fields: management, marketing, or related;
• 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Willingness to travel for work (domestic delegations);
• Practical experience in analysis and report preparation;
• Experience in external client work;
• English language proficiency enabling fluent communication;
• Very good knowledge of MS Office;
• Ability to easily establish contacts;
• Initiative and commitment;

Preferred

• Experience in data acquisition, processing, and analysis, and knowledge of analytical tools;
• Sales experience in products/technologies;
• Marketing skills, especially in social media;
• Ability to use AI tools.
