About the Position

LoboHR, a recruitment agency (nr 7502), is looking for a Specialist with French language knowledge for documentation work in Katowice. We help our clients find the best employees by using modern recruitment techniques supported by innovative IT technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze documentation for correctness
• Manage the documentation workflow
• Verify documentation in the system
• Maintain ongoing contact with foreign institutions and company branches
• Report discrepancies in documents

Requirements

• Knowledge of French – level min. B1
• Knowledge of English – level min. B2
• Experience in working with documentation – welcome
• Willingness to develop in the administrative and office sector
• Willingness to work in international structures
• Communicative skills and ability to work in a team
