About the Position
LoboHR, a recruitment agency (nr 7502), is looking for a Specialist with Italian language skills for document work to join our client's team in Katowice. We save time and contribute to our partners' success through modern recruitment techniques supported by innovative IT technologies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze documentation for correctness
- Manage document circulation
- Verify documentation in the system
- Maintain ongoing contact with foreign institutions and company branches
- Report discrepancies in documents
Requirements
- Knowledge of English – minimum level B2
- Knowledge of Italian – minimum level B2
- Experience in working with documentation – desirable
- Willingness to develop in the administrative and office sector
- Willingness to work in international structures
- Communicative skills and ability to work in a team
