Specjalista ze znajomością języka francuskiego

Location: Kraków

Responsibilities

• Contacting the client via phone and email (internal client),
• Analyzing client account balances,
• Reminding about upcoming payment dates, sending reminders via email,
• Answering clients' questions (internal),
• Reporting activities,

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of French,
• Good knowledge of English,
• Proficiency in MS Office,
• Customer service experience - desirable,
• International work experience - desirable,
