About the Position

Łukasiewicz – Instytut Sztucznej Inteligencji i Cyberbezpieczeństwa is seeking a Specjalista/ka ds. dokumentacji technicznej i usług / Technical Writer & Service Development Specialist (W/M) to join our team in Katowice. This role focuses on technical documentation and project support in the areas of cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and IT.

Responsibilities

Prepare technical, user, methodological, and R&D documentation
Edit reports, instructions, service descriptions, and implementation materials
Organize research, testing, validation, and review results
Collaborate with experts to simplify language in recommendations and reports
Ensure terminology consistency in project documents and external materials
Support the preparation of publications, presentations, expert reports, and conference materials
Archive final project documentation

Requirements

Higher education
Minimum one year of professional experience
Experience in preparing technical, project, research, implementation, or product documentation
Very good Polish and the ability to edit complex technical content
Ability to work with experts and organize information from multiple sources
Basic understanding of technology projects, R&D, cybersecurity, AI, and IT
English language proficiency to use standards, literature, and technical documentation

Nice to Have

Experience in a research institute, technology company, or product team
Experience in preparing R&D reports, expertise, publications, or conference materials
Knowledge of cybersecurity, GRC, AI, or technical systems
