About the Position

We are looking for a Specialist in Retail Banking to join our team in Zielona Góra, Poland. This role is part of the Client & Business Services department at ING Bank. The position is a full-time contract role until April 30, 2027.
Location: ul. Bohaterów Westerplatte 19, Zielona Góra (on-site)

ING Bank Śląski's Retail Network focuses on providing comprehensive customer service and innovative financial solutions. Our banking specialists assist clients with everyday banking, savings, investment, and mortgage issues. Our teams are passionate and dedicated professionals committed to building long-term relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Offer our products and services in daily banking, mortgage, and insurance products.
- Actively acquire and serve clients, building long-term relationships with the highest standard of service.
- Tailor product offerings to meet client needs.
- Support and educate clients on using modern tools and internet and mobile banking.
- Provide after-sales care and support clients at every stage of cooperation.
Requirements
- Experience in sales.
- Open and willing to build long-term relationships with our clients.
- Independent and responsible.
- Goal-oriented.
- Good work organization and high communication skills.
- Secondary or higher education.
Nice to Have
- Experience in selling banking products.
- Knowledge of the mortgage market and familiarity with financial products.
- Category B driving license.
- English at a communicative level.
