About the Position

Łukasiewicz – Instytut Elektrotechniki is seeking a HR Specialist to join their team in Warsaw. Responsibilities

• Independently manage recruitment processes for specialist, expert, and managerial positions, including preparing and publishing job advertisements, conducting candidate selection, and coordinating recruitment meetings.
• Organize and coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
• Identify employee training needs, plan and organize training activities, and maintain documentation related to training processes.
• Implement activities supporting employee and management development, including initiating and implementing development projects.
• Organize and conduct employee evaluations, particularly for research staff, and support management in implementing development actions based on evaluations.
• Conduct and analyze exit interviews, develop recommendations for retention activities.
• Build and strengthen the Institute's image as an employer and implement employer branding activities.
• Develop and implement activities supporting internal communication within the Institute.
• Participate in projects related to HR development, optimization, and improvement, preparing reports, analyses, and HR indicators.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and HR indicators on completed tasks.

Requirements

• Higher education or secondary education with 2 years of professional experience (preferred fields: human resources management, psychology, or related).
• Practical knowledge of methods and tools supporting recruitment processes.
• Experience in organizing onboarding, training, and development processes.
• Highly developed communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, independence, responsibility, and initiative.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office products.

Nice to Have

• 3 years of experience in HR, particularly in recruitment, training, and employee development – experience in the research and development sector or public administration is welcome.
• Knowledge of ATS systems.
• Knowledge of English at least at the B1 level.
• Knowledge of tools supporting talent management and employee development.
