First Appointment

After your successful application at smec, we invite you to one of our offices in Linz, Vienna, or London. It’s a first get-together and, no worries, we can do it completely remotely as well.

Second Appointment

Here we will take a closer look at the tasks of your desired position. Plus you will get to know your future teammates. Sometimes we may arrange a third appointment as well.

Job Offering

When we can see a match in culture and expertise, you will receive your individual job offer from us. And then you sign your contract with smec – yay!
