Responsibilities

• Organizing domestic transport - managing transport for internal operations (sorting centers, branches) and external clients.
• Assigning and monitoring orders in the TMS system - ensuring data completeness and timely execution of assigned transport.
• Preparing quotations - in accordance with current market rates.
• Overseeing the profitability of orders and seeking cost optimization opportunities.
• Acquiring and collaborating with carriers - expanding the database, formal verification, and building lasting relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the TSL industry (handling transport exchanges, driving 13.6m vehicles)
• Knowledge of the national transport and logistics market
• Ability to make quick decisions and resistance to stress
• Willingness to work shifts from 07:00-18:00 + remote duty on weekends (1/2 per month)
• Work mode: 4 days in the office / 1 remote
• Developed communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Familiarity with the specifics of the national TSL market
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Meticulousness and attention to detail, high sense of responsibility
