Speech Therapist - PRN

We are seeking a passionate Speech Therapist to join our team in Charlevoix, MI. This role is perfect for someone who is dedicated to providing evaluation and treatment services to patients in various settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and treatment services to patients within the SLP scope of practice, as outlined by ASHA.
• Accurately administer appropriate diagnostic evaluation tools based on the diagnosis and age of each patient.
• Keep medical records up to date, complete, and in accordance with department and hospital guidelines.
• Work collaboratively within the Interdisciplinary team and participate in department and interdepartmental efforts to improve processes and clinical treatments.

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Speech/Language Pathology
• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech/Language Pathology
• State of Michigan Speech/Language Pathology Licensure

Schedule: Monday - Friday on Days as needed
