📍 Job location: Portugal - Hybrid and Remote positions

🕒 Contract type: Employee / Fixed-term / Contractor B2B

🗓 Target start date: Depending on project needs

⏰ Working hours: Full-time (40h/week)

Responsibilities

As a consultant within our data and AI ecosystem, you will help organisations transform complexity into measurable outcomes by combining data, technology, and business understanding.

You will contribute to the delivery of high-quality solutions that address real business challenges, helping organizations turn data into intelligence and enable better, faster decision-making. Working across multidisciplinary and international teams, you will support clients in building the foundations for intelligent business performance, transforming data, technology, and expertise into measurable outcomes.

This role blends technical capability with business awareness - ideal for someone who can contribute hands-on while understanding the broader context of client challenges and value creation.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Relevant academic background or equivalent professional experience
Proven experience in Data Analytics, AI and/or Data Engineering tools
Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and international teams
Professional proficiency in English
Holds an EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal

Technical & Professional Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to translate data and technical concepts into clear, actionable outcomes
Experience applying data solutions to real business problems
Solid understanding of data, analytics, or AI ecosystems and best practices

Nice to Have

Experience in consulting or client-facing roles
Exposure to international or multicultural environments
Additional languages or specialised technical expertise
