Sports Brand Content Manager

About the Position

OMNICORE is an international product and service company, a leader in creating, developing, and fully managing the e-commerce business of global fashion retail players. We specialize in two main service areas:

• eCommerce-as-a-Service: creation and management of e-commerce businesses, development and implementation of omnichannel services, design, web development, content, marketing, customer service, etc.
• 3rd Party Logistics (3PL): warehouse operations management for retail and wholesale activities, logistics, transportation, and packaging solutions.

We invite you to join our friendly team as a Content Manager.

Responsibilities

• Administration of the website and work with the internal CMS/admin panel.
• Filling the site with content (text descriptions, graphic materials in collaboration with designers/team).
• Searching for products on the internet, filling in characteristics (attributes), and creating quality descriptions.
• Processing large datasets in Excel (pivot tables, formulas for importing/exporting products).
• Generating reports for management and partners.
• Interaction with the IT team: formulating clear specifications and participating in catalog optimization.

Requirements

• Experience: at least 1 year in e-commerce / content management.
• Excel / Google Sheets: proficiency at the level of a confident user (formulas, pivot tables, working with data arrays).
• Experience with CMS site / admin panel.
• Languages: proficient written and spoken Ukrainian. English B1-B2 (written).

Nice to Have

• Understanding of the specifics and requirements for product cards for various marketplaces.
• Technical education.
