Spot Operations Specialist

About the Position

We are looking for a Spot Operations Specialist to join our team in Hong Kong, Singapore, or Taiwan. Spot Operations is the engine behind our spot trading business. You’ll keep daily operations running smoothly, shape how spot announcements reach users and regional teams, and turn data into insights that help the business make better calls. We are open to fresh graduates that can start within the next 1-2 months

Responsibilities

• Handle the day-to-day spot business operations
• Manage spot announcements and keep documentation up to date
• Analyse market and product data, including regional performance, and prepare reports on request
• Communicate market updates and product feedback with regional teams
• Work with Customer Service on spot-related issues, escalations, or product feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/economics/data is preferred
• Solid communication skills, written and verbal as the role requires lots of cross-functional collaboration
• Operations experience, preferably in Crypto. Otherwise, you must have a decent level of understanding in Crypto.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
