Spotter

About the Position

We are seeking a Spotter to support the UAV crew during mission preparation and execution. Responsibilities include observing the environment, ensuring safety, assisting with launches and landings, and recording results. The main focus of the role is coordinated teamwork, timely support for the operator, and adherence to established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Observing the environment during UAV operations;
• Supporting the crew during mission preparation and execution;
• Ensuring safety during launches, flight, and landings;
• Assisting in the deployment and stowage of equipment;
• Recording the results of operations and transmitting information to the operator;
• Adhering to operational rules and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Attention and ability to quickly respond to changes in the environment;
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions;
• Responsibility and discipline;
• Basic understanding of UAV operation principles or willingness to learn;
• Physical endurance and composure.

Conditions

• Service format in accordance with current legislation;
• On-site training and job induction;
• Provision of necessary equipment and tools;
• Social guarantees provided for military personnel.

Salary

• 20,000 - 120,000 UAH per month
