About the Position

Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and execution of test cases and test plans based on product requirements.
- Perform manual testing of web and/or mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Collaborate with QA team members and developers to reproduce, debug, and resolve issues.
- Participate in requirement analysis and contribute to test strategies and plans.
- Learn and apply various QA methodologies and tools under the guidance of senior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA/testing concepts.
- Familiarity with test case creation, bug reporting, and testing techniques.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Completion of a QA internship or training program.
- Exposure to any bug tracking or test management tools (e.g., TestRail).
- Knowledge of basic SQL and/or scripting languages.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
