Project Description
For a large SAP S/4HANA transformation program, we are looking for an experienced Squad Digital Lead (m/f/d) to coordinate multiple SAP streams and ensure alignment between business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical experts.
The program is a large-scale international rollout within the Energy and Automation sector, focusing on the implementation of a global SAP S/4HANA template.
The Squad Digital Lead will oversee the delivery of Retrofit and post-implementation enhancement activities, ensuring that SAP teams deliver according to program objectives.
Salary: €560 - €600 a day
Responsibilities
Delivery Coordination
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional SAP delivery squads
- Ensure alignment between business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams
- Oversee Retrofit implementation activities across SAP modules
- Ensure delivery milestones are achieved within agreed timelines
Program Governance
- Manage dependencies between SAP streams and other program components
- Monitor risks and proactively mitigate delivery challenges
- Ensure compliance with the global SAP template and program architecture
- Support program governance and reporting activities
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the central coordination point between business, IT, and delivery teams
- Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions
- Ensure effective communication across international project teams
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Support agile delivery methods where applicable
- Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation standards are maintained
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in large IT transformation programs
- Strong experience leading SAP delivery teams or agile squads
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation or rollout programs
- Background in SAP program delivery, digital transformation, or IT program management
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in international and distributed teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in Hungarian and English
