Sr. Advisor AI Transformation & Automation (w/m/d) E-Commerce

About the Position

IONOS is seeking a Senior Advisor AI Transformation to drive AI evolution in E-Commerce, focusing on process transformation and campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Process Transformation: Support our teams in increasing efficiency in campaign ideation, creation, and analysis by identifying the right AI tools and integrating them into existing workflows.
• Drive AI transformation around our online shops and sales platforms and involve the relevant organizations.
• Campaign Effectiveness: Advise on using AI to increase personalization and effectiveness in campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Requirements Engineering: Act as the lead for our internal tools, defining clear, high-quality business requirements that are implemented by the development teams in our core infrastructure.
• Prototyping & "Vibe Coding": Get involved in creating functional prototypes of AI-based processes using internal/external tools and natural language coding to prove concepts and validate requirements.

Requirements

• Experience: Several years of experience in digital transformation, marketing technology, or development, with a clear focus on AI implementation.
• Hands-on Builder: Not only advising but also building. Comfortable with "Vibe Coding," rapid prototyping, and diving deep into AI tools to see what works in practice.
• The "Enabler" Mindset: A natural mediator who finds success in helping others succeed. Can explain complex AI logic to non-technical colleagues with ease.
• Technical Translator: Possess the ability to translate business requirements into precise technical specifications for external development teams.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; German or other European languages are a plus.
