About the Position
We are seeking a Sr. AI Automation Engineer with over 15 years of experience to lead AI automation projects in Kyiv, Ukraine. If you are passionate about building scalable AI systems and infrastructure, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement production AI systems for content and data operations.
- Design and review production-grade workflows using n8n.
- Develop vector search architecture and retrieval pipelines.
- Provide senior engineering leadership for AI/automation teams.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in AI automation engineering.
- Proficiency in n8n, FastAPI, RAG, and LLMs.
- Strong background in Python, TypeScript/JS, Bash, and SQL.

About the Company
Currently leading SEO & Automation Engineering across a network of 330+ sites in 52 GEOs, with a 15-person team and an in-house AI stack running on Hetzner, Cloudflare, and a self-hosted RTX 4090. Internal builds include a multi-region monitoring SaaS, a network-wide analytics platform, and an AI content pipeline shipping ~100 titles/day.
