About the Position
Sr Analyst - Consumer Insights
NIQ is the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth. We are currently seeking a Sr Analyst - Consumer Insights to join our Strategic Analytics & Insights department. This role will focus on leading market research projects and providing comprehensive consumer insights to support client growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead Market Research Projects: Oversee the entire process from survey design to analysis and report creation.
- Client Coordination: Work closely with clients, primarily in the consumer goods and durable goods sectors, to understand and meet their needs.
- Data Analysis: Utilize various data analysis tools and techniques to interpret market data and consumer behavior.
- Report Preparation: Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
Requirements
- Experience: Approximately 3 years of experience in market research, consumer research, or data analysis for marketing purposes.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel (basic functions and graph creation) and PowerPoint.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English (TOEIC 800~).
- Attributes:
- Positive and honest demeanor.
- Logical and numerical thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
Nice to Have
- Experience in marketing research at a research firm.
- Experience with overseas and multi-country surveys.
- Experience using data analysis tools such as SPSS.
- Overseas study experience.
