About the Position

Sr. Business / Process Analyst IRC300773

We are seeking a Sr. Business / Process Analyst to join our team in a fully remote work model. This role focuses on business analysis and process optimization within an enterprise-level technology environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate complex business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Define comprehensive business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and conduct interviews with key stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business needs.
  • Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications, ensuring alignment with architectural guidelines.
  • Contribute significantly to the design and architecture of new solutions or enhancements, focusing on process optimization and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including current state and future state process flows, use cases, and data models.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts, fostering their professional growth and technical understanding.
  • Collaborate closely with development, QA, and project management teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Support the creation of test plans and scenarios, and actively participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in business analysis and process management across the organization.
  • Proactively identify and assess potential risks related to process changes and system implementations, proposing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Lead small to medium-scale process improvement initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and measurable business impact.
  • Ensure that all proposed solutions adhere to enterprise standards and regulatory compliance requirements.

  • Experience: 5-10 years of progressive experience in business analysis and process optimization within an enterprise-level technology environment.
