Job Description

In the context of “giving users easy access to anything in their city”, Q-commerce is the business unit that aims to provide immediacy to all product needs that a user might have, from delivering a video game to sending a gift, to filling up their fridge. We do that through 3 verticals: Groceries with Partners, Groceries with our own Micro Fulfillment Centers (MFCs), and Retail Shops.

As part of the MFCs HQ Category Management team, you will play a key role in shaping a best-in-class user experience for our customers globally, leading the implementation of assortment, categorization, and content strategies across 11 markets.

THE JOURNEY

  • Define and drive global category management strategies to drive business growth.
  • Develop and standardize frameworks, tools, and playbooks to enable consistency and scalability across markets.
  • Own performance tracking, building dashboards and analyses to monitor assortment performance.
  • Partner with local teams to understand market dynamics and support the adoption and continuous improvement of category strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Data, and Operations to drive key initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in Category Management within grocery retail or a related field
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Advanced Google Suite skills; SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to work across different geographies
  • Strong ownership and communication skills, with a results-driven approach
  • Interest in start-ups, technology, and fast-paced environments
  • Highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
