Sr. Client Manager

Compensation: $63,440 - $95,160; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen strategic relationships within assigned accounts by protecting and growing OpenText revenue.
• Promote OpenText's solutions, support, and services capabilities.
• Market our capabilities to existing clients with a view to securing strategic enterprise agreements and driving high-touch client interactions at all levels.
• Work closely with Sales, Services, Support, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in an enterprise-level, client-facing role within Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or a related field (enterprise software experience is an asset).
• An innovative and creative approach to solving complex business challenges.
• Proven ability to engage effectively with all levels of an organization, including executive leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and functions to achieve results.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
