About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our team in the United States. This is a full-time remote position. Our company may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and availability
- Utilize AI tools to enhance the hiring process
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer
- Strong knowledge of data engineering principles and practices
- Experience with AI tools in the hiring process is a plus
