Sr. DevOps Engineer

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team. The role focuses on building, automating, and maintaining cloud-native platforms on Microsoft Azure, enabling efficient CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in containerization, Kubernetes orchestration, and automation, with a passion for improving deployment velocity, reliability, and system observability.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines; integrate tools to enable automated build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Provision and manage infrastructure on Azure using Terraform; support scalability, security, and cost optimization.
• Manage Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters; deploy and maintain applications using Helm charts.
• Develop automation scripts using Bash and Python to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Grafana and New Relic; support reliability and performance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies; collaborate with development, QA, and platform teams.

Requirements

• Essential skills:
  • Kubernetes; Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS); Terraform (IaC); Helm; Docker; Linux
  • Administration; Bash scripting; Python; CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Harness.io.
• Monitoring & Observability:
  • Grafana; New Relic; log management; alerting; incident support and operational visibility.
• Core Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, automation, cloud infrastructure, Azure networking/security principles, containerization, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• The salary range for this position is from 4.485 to 5.950 EURO gross before taxes. Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
