Join P&G’s Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) as a Senior DevOps Engineer and play a key role in shaping the future of sustainable innovation. In this role, you will design and scale cutting-edge Azure-based data and analytics platforms that directly support the company’s environmental priorities and global impact goals.

You’ll work on high-visibility, high-impact solutions while helping drive a major transformation-building in-house engineering capabilities and advancing modern DevOps, data, and cloud practices at scale. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise with purpose, contributing to initiatives that matter both to the business and the planet.

As a leader, you will guide a growing team, own delivery through Agile ways of working, and bring ideas to life through automation, innovation, and scalable engineering solutions. If you’re energized by solving complex challenges, leading teams, and making a meaningful impact, this role offers the platform to do all three.

  • Design, build, and operate cloud-based solutions on Azure supporting data and analytics use cases
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows data lakes and PowerBI dashboards
  • Leverage Python / PySpark / Spark and Azure Databricks for data processing and platform development
  • Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and user-facing analytics solutions
  • Drive CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices to improve reliability and delivery speed
  • Lead Agile delivery, including backlog ownership and sprint execution.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, supporting capability growth and delivery quality
  • Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to resolve issues and scale solutions
  • Identify and implement automation and process improvements across the platform

Requirements

  • Experience in DevOps, Software Engineering, or Data Platform Engineering.
  • Previous experience working in a cloud environment such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps practices.
  • Experience with Databricks, Databricks Jobs, & Spark engineering
  • Using coding Python, PySpark, and SQL for data processing.
  • Proven experience with Power BI, doing development around creating dashboards and upgrading UX/UI.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, and leading Scrum ceremonies and using tools such as Jira.
  • Previous experience leveraging automation tools such as Power Automate and PowerApps to simplify ways of working.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

We Offer

  • P&G-sized projects and access to world-leading IT partners and technologies from Day 1.
  • Wide range of self-development possibilities (training and certifications paths).
  • Competitive starting salary and benefits program (private health care, P&G stock, saving plans, sport cards).
  • Regular salary increases and possible promotions - in line with your results and performance.
  • Opportunity to change role every few years to be in the best place for you and best for P&G.
