Responsibilities

GTM Strategy & Regional Marketing Oversight

  • Own Andela's global GTM marketing strategy, translating the company's commercial goals into a coherent, integrated marketing plan across all regions and channels.
  • Set the strategic direction for regional marketing across North America, Europe, and MEA - establishing the frameworks, priorities, and resourcing that allow each regional marketer to execute effectively against their markets.
  • Drive alignment between marketing strategy and sales priorities, working directly with regional sales leaders to ensure regional marketing investment is focused on the right accounts, segments, and moments.
  • Establish and maintain a global view of pipeline contribution from marketing, identifying coverage gaps and reallocating resources to address them.
  • Ensure consistency in how Andela shows up across regions while enabling appropriate regional adaptation.

Product, Solutions & Program Marketing

  • Own the go-to-market marketing strategy for Andela’s products, solutions, offerings, and learning programs, ensuring each is clearly positioned, commercially relevant, and ready to scale across regions and channels.
  • Partner directly with Product, AI Solutions, and Learning Solutions teams to translate roadmap priorities, solution capabilities, and program launches into clear positioning, messaging, campaigns, and sales enablement.
  • Ensure Andela’s offerings are brought to market in a coordinated way across regional marketing, demand generation, partner marketing, content, sales enablement, and revenue teams.
  • Develop differentiated product, solution, and program positioning that clearly articulates Andela’s value to enterprise buyers, including the business problems we solve, the audiences we serve, and the outcomes we deliver.
  • Bring market, customer, sales, and competitive insights back into Product, Solutions, and Learning teams to help inform packaging, messaging, launch priorities, and future GTM opportunities.

Partner Marketing Strategy

  • Provide strategic oversight and leadership to the Senior Manager, Partner Marketing, ensuring the partner marketing program is tightly integrated with the broader GTM strategy.
  • Partner with the Director of Partnerships to align marketing investment and partner channel priorities, ensuring partner-sourced pipeline is a consistent contributor to revenue.
  • Champion the partner channel internally within the marketing organization, securing resources and visibility for co-marketing programs across the marketing team.

Operating Model

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build a high-performing, collaborative team culture that is outcome-oriented, commercially grounded, and operationally excellent.
  • Drive career development and performance for each direct report, including goal-setting, regular feedback, and growth planning.
  • Serve as an escalation point and senior decision-maker for the GTM marketing team, enabling your reports to operate with confidence and autonomy.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to Andela's regional sales leaders, building trusted relationships and maintaining ongoing alignment on pipeline goals, target accounts, and field priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Partnerships to ensure the partner channel is well-supported by marketing and that partner-sourced pipeline goals are being met.
  • Work with Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement to ensure marketing programs are set up for measurable impact - from attribution and reporting to the development of sales enablement materials that support regional and partner sellers.
  • Act as a key voice in the broader marketing leadership team, contributing GTM and market intelligence to inform brand, content, and product marketing decisions.

Planning, Budget & Performance

  • Set, track, and report on the key performance metrics for the GTM marketing function, including pipeline contribution, account engagement, event ROI, and partner-sourced revenue.
  • Build a culture of measurement and continuous improvement within the team, using data to identify what's working, course-correct quickly, and raise the performance bar over time.
  • Provide regular reporting to marketing and go-to-market leadership on the performance and health of the GTM marketing function.

Requirements

Experience

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong track record in go-to-market, field marketing, demand generation, or related functions, ideally within a high-growth technology company.
  • 7+ years in people management roles, with demonstrated success leading and developing teams.
  • Proven experience owning a GTM marketing strategy across multiple regions or markets simultaneously, with direct accountability for pipeline and revenue contribution.
  • Demonstrated experience managing or closely partnering with partner or channel marketing functions, with an understanding of how to build and scale co-marketing programs.
  • Track record of building strong, productive relationships with sales leadership and other go-to-market stakeholders, including experience working in a matrix organization where influence matters as much as authority.
  • Experience working with Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement to connect marketing activity to measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Prior experience operating as part of a global, remote-first organization, working effectively across time zones and geographies.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts. Able to connect marketing investment to revenue outcomes and make prioritization decisions that reflect a clear understanding of the business.
  • Proven people leader who brings out the best in their team.
  • Highly collaborative and able to operate effectively across functions.
  • Analytically strong, with the ability to define meaningful metrics and translate insights into clear recommendations for leadership.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to present with clarity and confidence to senior stakeholders and to distill complex strategy into focused, actionable plans for your team.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, budgets, and stakeholders simultaneously without losing sight of strategic priorities.
