Sr. Learning & Development Analyst

About the Position

We are seeking a Sr. Learning & Development Analyst to design, implement, and execute development and talent initiatives across the region.

Responsibilities

• Support key talent processes, including Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Design and facilitate development programs, workshops, and development initiatives for employees across the organization.
• Analyze data, monitor participation, and generate actionable insights and reports to inform decision-making.
• Support the development of tools and processes related to Learning & Development.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 years of experience in HR, Talent Development, or Learning & Development.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, Behavioral Sciences, or related fields.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in digital tools and HR systems.
  • Workday knowledge is a plus.
  • Advanced English.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Core Competencies:
  • Proven ability to lead meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in industrial or operational environments is a plus.
