About the Position

Sr. Manager, Channel Marketing (experienced in IC company is required)

The Sr. Manager Channel Marketing will lead a team and play an instrumental role in Renesas’ mass market business growth, working with internal stakeholders, distribution partners, and 3rd party partners to execute marketing activities focused on Renesas system solutions, supporting solution and NPI (new product introduction) go-to-market.

Responsibilities

• Act as leader of the channel marketing team for system solutions.
• Provide leadership to support team development, set the right targets, and drive internal & external resources towards goals.
• Act as the day-to-day marketing owner for distribution partners.
• Work with channel distributor partners on co-op marketing activities and assist with managing the co-op budget.
• Support solution go-to-market activities, including solution launch, internal training, external distribution partners training, key customer project tracking, and customer validation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on NPI to ensure stock shows online at distributors by the launch date.
• Review and analyze performance reports to contribute insights, recommendations, and optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Education: BA or MA degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial, Infrastructure, or Automotive field.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience with a strong focus on applications and semiconductors.
• Leadership: Experienced in a leadership role with a leadership mindset and skills, understanding strategy and resource deployment.
• Skills: Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication and engagement skills.
• Motivation: Self-motivator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: Proven experience in roles of industrial system integration, project development, marketing, FAE, etc.
• Go-to-market activities: Skilful or experienced in go-to-market activities, including product/solution demand collection, market promotion.
