About the Position
We are seeking a Sr. Manager of Operations Product Management to lead a team of seasoned professionals in driving successful product releases and continuous improvement. This role is pivotal in ensuring that products are developed, launched, and sustained efficiently, meeting all timelines and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Operations Product Managers to drive successful product releases from development through launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and product management to optimize product design and architecture.
- Manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate goals to project stakeholders.
- Optimize the product design and architecture for cost, testability, manufacturability, and quality.
- Develop and maintain Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes and policies.
- Drive continuous improvement objectives and coordinate resources with other teams.
- Communicate program status and changes effectively to the program team and other staff.
Requirements

Experience Desired:
- Experience with electronics, electromechanical design, and manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated team leadership, program management, and product lifecycle management experience.
- Extensive cross-functional technical knowledge.
- Recognized expert in Product Lifecycle Management and Program Management/Business principles.
- Solid foundation in hardware and cloud architectures, and solution strategy.
