We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Officer, Admin, H&S to join our General Support team in Gurugram, India. This role is integral to maintaining our facilities, ensuring a spotless, functional, and safe environment for our people.

Responsibilities

• Support the Category R&D VP for Personal Care and Lav Care with administrative activities and secretarial work, including preparing PowerPoint presentations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative support for Global Personal Care and Lav Care R&D and a key contact for selected activities for the Gurgaon R&D site.
• Coordinate with personal assistants of other Global R&D leaders as well as those in CGO and IMEX leadership on key meetings and agenda items, scheduling, etc.
• Liaison with corporate HR & WFRE team with relevant activities pertaining to R&D.
• Work in a cross-functional environment, liaising with appropriate members of the site leadership team and HR.

Requirements

• Must be qualified to at least degree standard.
• Proven track record in administration management and confidential secretarial assistance.
• A bias for action with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communicator with proven interpersonal skills.
• Desire to better understand people & stakeholders to deliver new solutions through technologies.
• Experienced in working successfully with outside suppliers.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
